DMECG Solar Panels

We have used these panels for many years without issues and due to their clean, minimal aesthetic. We personally recommend them to our clients.

A DMECG solar panel system offers numerous advantages, including high efficiency and reliability in energy generation. Our highly skilled team identified a number of key challenges to this project during our initial survey and project scope.

• Due to the access point, no clear way to get our materials onto the roof.
• Due to the roof type being flat, there was no edge protection available.
• Our team idenfitied shading from a nearby building. Shading effects the power output generated by the SPV system and if not addressed, can reduce the overall efficency of the system.  
• Wet conditions due to the installation taking place in January.

Whilst planning the project, our team impliemented the following solutions which allowed the project to be delivered and completed on time, with minimal disruption and additional expense.

• We hired a power access solution to get the materials onto the roof. Reducing the access challenge and improving safety.
• The risk caused by the roof type was addressed and countered by installing a mansafe harness system on the roof. Ensuring our team could safely and efficently install the DMECH system.
• To counter the challenge with shading, we installed optimisers on in the affected areas, significantly reducing the effect the shading had on power generation.
• Our team received daily toolbox safety talks to address safety concerns.
